OUR PROJECTS

Please take a moment to look through a sample of some of our past and current projects below.

Syracuse VAMC CHP Installation Project Commissioning Support

This project included installation of (8) eight 65KW microturbines on the SCI building roof on a steel support frame. The microturbines produce hot water that distributed and interconnected to the existing hot water distribution system. The Power will be generated by the 8 new 65KW microturbine generators and will be tied into the VA owned existing 480V Switchgear. The Power output will be controlled so that it does not exceed VAMC use (no export). The system will be controlled by a combination of microturbine controllers and expansion of the existing DDC system as indicated in the specifications and will be fully commissioned when construction is complete.

Grounds Maintenance Riverside ARB

PMG is currently providing performance of grounds maintenance services on 17 acres of Government property to ensure that the grounds at the site are safe, secure, and presentable at all times. This also includes pruning of shrubs and trees that is conducted on a quarterly basis.

Dallas (LTSCI) Parking Garage Structure

PMG provided task-level commissioning support to the VA in the design, review, construction, and operation of the Dallas LT-SCI Garage Electrical and Elevator system. Commissioning was accomplished through a series of project documentation reviews, physical inspection, operational testing, and task-level technical analysis and reporting.

Construction Management Services for the Atlanta VAMC

The project consisted of a new 26,875 square foot standalone building for the installation of three generator sets, emissions treatment systems, associated mechanical and electrical systems, and support areas. The structure consisted of a four-story building for the CHP Plant with the ground level housing the generator sets as well as an associated single-story, high-bay structure. The CHP Plant will include three nominal 2.6 megawatt natural-gas fired, spark ignition engine generator sets. Facility upgrades also included replacement of the three (3) existing boilers with four (4) new dual-fired, fire tube boilers and a new control room housed in an existing portion of the Facility.

PMG provided Construction Management support for the CHP installation by providing assistance with project development, reviewing design documents, daily construction oversight and direct coordination with prime contractor, design Architects/Engineers and key VA staff members in line with standing contract documents.

Construction Management Services for the El Paso VAMC

This Project consisted of two new 1000 ton centrifugal Chillers; one 450-Ton Existing Chiller and all the pumps, controls and valves that operate the Chilled Water Plant. PMG provided Construction Management support for the ESPC by providing assistance with project development, reviewing design documents, daily construction oversight and direct coordination with prime contractor, design Architects/Engineers and key VA staff members in line with standing contract documents.

Shreveport VAMC Solar PV Installation Project Commissioning

This project consisted of three (3) solar array systems composed of 4,936 individual 265W solar panel modules spread across multiple carport canopies throughout the Shreveport VA Medical Center parking lot area. The structural scope of work for this project included the design, installation, assembly and placement of arrays of solar panels installed upon 10’ to 12’ height carports at three (3) sites across the Shreveport VAMC campus. The commissioning work included a series of project documentation reviews, physical inspections, operational testing, and task-level technical analysis and reporting.
